PHMSA Pipeline Safety Forum to discuss best practices, new technologies

By Nell Lukosavich

NACE members play a critical role in protecting the public from potential catastrophic failures of liquid/gas pipelines. Join policymakers, regulators, and industry experts for a discussion on how PHMSA (the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration) and other agencies address corrosion in pipeline safety.

The forum, moderated by Kevin Garrity (Mears Group), and presented by Alan Mayberry (PHMSA) and Andy Drake (Enbridge) will provide both a regulator and industry perspective on best pipeline safety practices and latest developments.

This forum is NACE’s most important opportunity to hear directly from PHMSA’s top officials and ask questions about the current rules and best practices and standards to improve safety and asset integrity.
