General Registration Information

Advance/Full Registration

Fully paid conference attendees who register by January 10, 2017 will have exclusive access online or have the option of a USB of all technical symposium papers presented at the conference. 

Access will be available March 31, 2017

An online subscription or zip drive of the 2017 conference papers can also be purchased at the conference in the NACE Bookstore, at registration or on the NACE website for a flat rate of $149 USD for non-full conference registrants. Demonstration station about how to access the conference proceeding online will also be available in the NACE Bookstore.

One- and Two-Day Registrations

One- and two-day registrations grant access to areas based on the selected day(s) registered. Both one- and two-day registrations grant access to symposia, meetings, forums and exhibits. Access to meetings and forum is only granted for the selected days.

Student Registrations

To learn about the qualifications for becoming a NACE student member and requirements for student registration, visit: nace.org/students Requirements must be fulfilled BEFORE conference registration can be accepted.

Guest Program Registration

As the guest of a registered attendee, this registration gives you access to all the social activities and the Exhibit Hall. However, it does NOT grant access to the meetings, forums, or symposia. In order to attend guest program activities, additional fees may be required.

Early Bird Check-in

Early bird check-in for registered attendees will be open on Saturday, March 25th from 2-5 p.m. You can pick your badge and program up at the Prefunction of the Great Hall, inside the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Please be aware that these vendors are not affiliated with NACE International and has no access to the information they claim to be selling. Please disregard emails from onlinedatamails, Connect Prospects, or any other companies attempting to sell you a false list. Registration & Cancellation Policies

Conference Registration Payment and Information

Registration will not be processed without payment. Registration and payment date determine price. Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars from a U.S. financial institution. NACE accepts checks, money orders, or credit card payments. Invoices will NOT be issued. If you have a disability that
may hinder your participation, please fax a written description of your needs to +1 281-228-6329 and a NACE staff member will contact you.

Registration Policies

Check refunds are processed after the conference. There are no refunds on exhibit visitors or networking tickets. Registrations are non-refundable. Registrations received after March 22, 2017 will be processed on-site.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING. If you cancel 35 DAYS PRIOR to the conference you will receive a refund of 50%. If you cancel from 34 DAYS to 3 DAYS PRIOR to the conference you will receive a refund of 10%. NO REFUNDS will be given 3 DAYS or less prior to the conference.

Right to Deny or Remove

We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.
